An opportunity to join a growing and dynamic international Lloyds broking house headquartered in the City of London with branch offices around the world to give a truly global reach.

The Client Services Associate will provide technical and client support services within the Non-Marine Binding Authority Team.



You will operate in a fast-paced, client facing and dynamic environment with a clear focus on delivering client excellence globally.

The successful candidate will have experience in a Lloyds Market technical support role, with Binding Authority experience preferred, and will be passionate about providing excellent technical knowledge and understanding to deliver proactive solutions to clients.



The role will provide the opportunity to be embedded into the relevant Broking teams with client interaction. The role will also involve providing accurate and timely creation of client and market documentation with particular focus on bordereaux and statistics.



Key Skills Required

* Submits Slips and LPAN's to Bureau (XIS) for signing and will utilise London Market based portals to facilitate their role, including, but not limited to; XIS Insurance Portal and the IMR as well as Lineage
* Assist with client liaison ensuring all global queries, data requests and resolution of queries are dealt with promptly to ensure client satisfaction
* Develops business relationships with global markets, clients and colleagues to provide optimal service to clients
* Experience of using all or some of the following systems - DCOM, Atlas, PPL Next Gen & Whitespace is highly desirable
