Sales Developer & Co-Ordinator
Barker Munro recruitment Ltd are working with a leading Insurance brokerage to recruit a Sales Developer & Co-Ordinator to work within their friendly and professional broking team.

The focus is to achieve quality not quantity of calls. It is vital to build relationships that lead to successful appointments for the Business Development Managers to attend. You will be working in a small team with specific personal and achievable targets based around appointments made from an existing prospect database. You will be speaking to clients to identify where they are in the life cycle of their insurance needs and then booking appointments. This is not a hard sell based role.
Source and arrange appointments for Business Development Managers Achieve personal monthly targets Work closely with Account Managers, Sales Support Manager and Directors to achieve closure on new accounts Maintain accurate CRM records from all call at all times.
Minimum experience of working in a role that involves being on the phone preferably in a business-to-business environment. An understanding of Insurance would be highly desirable, but not essential as training will be given
You will be skilled at building rapport, Proactive, Outgoing and enjoys relating to others.
The role will offer full training and will have a mix of office and home based working.
